At the event, we'll also announce 40 under 40 Women in Tech list to recognize the female leaders in the tech industry. Currently running his 9th startup, Roger is the CEO of QSearch, a global Social Analytics SaaS platform. Started in startups before Netscape went public, he focuses on leveraging cultural differences to create outcome-oriented teams. In addition to creating SaaS products using the QSearch technology, he works with startup CEOs across Asia as a coach and advisor. He will talk about his experience mentoring female founders, the roadblocks particular to female foudners and how to think about value cration, investors, and team.

Christiana Chen has always been an bold entrepreneur every since she was 15. Her first company was an eBay store she ran in high school which brought in over $2,000 a month. Later on before entering college, she founded another company that helped people with the US immigration process and was bringing in over $20,000 a month. She graduated top of her class (summa cum laude) from both high school and college. Today she serves as the CEO of Pathover, an A.I. logistic optimization company
